About Us

In House Digitizing is part of The Macali Corporation that began in 1976 by Elaine Macali as an offset printing company.  In the 80's, we purchased our own embroidery and screen print machinery.  We soon ran into the same problems others have: Where to find the products needed at reasonable prices, PLUS dependable advice from people who actually knew what they were talking about.

WHY IHD? We knew there was a better way, so we put together a company based upon the kind of sales, service and product support we had been looking for. A company dedicated to building a long term, one-on-one relationship with its customers.

OUR PEOPLE from top-to-bottom, all have real world embroidery experience on all major machines and software. We listen to our customers needs and we ask the right questions.

We are a fun place to do business with.  We enjoy talking to, and getting to know our customers.  If you would like to know more about our company, our philosophy and our values, please visit our Contact Us page and you will find multiple ways of reaching us.

There is no such thing as business ethics, there are only ethics. Our day-to-day ethics are patterned after the 10 Commandments found in Exodus 20: 1-17. I am convinced that we have more to gain by policing our behavior than trying to be politically correct.

Ethical behavior is good for business.
Focus on what is important in life. Jesus tells them, "Take courage! It is I. Don't be afraid." Peter replies, "Lord, if it's you, tell me to come to you on the water." So Jesus invites Peter to come. Peter gets out of the boat and begins walking on the water toward Jesus. But when Peter takes his eyes off Jesus and sees the wind and waves, he begins to sink. Peter cries out to the Lord and Jesus immediately reaches out his hand and catches Peter. As they climb into the boat together, the storm ceases. Then the disciples worship Jesus, saying, "Truly you are the Son of God."
