Delivery: 2 weeks from design approval via email or fax on new orders, and 2 weeks from order date on previous orders Rush charges: Less than 2 weeks add $3/garment; Less than 1 week add $5/garment; Less than 4 days add $10 per Digitizing & Setup: we DO NOT charge for digitizing on orders that we embroider in-house; we prefer to run our designs Pre-production samples: ALL designs must be approved by the customer via email or fax before we will go to production. Previous orders do not need approval unless there are any color changes in the design, then we would need approval of a new swatch.

Simply put, we want you to make the sale, so we will do what it takes to help you. If you need to take a swatch to a customer, we will charge $95 for the digitizing and sample swatch. When you get the order, we will deduct the $95 from your invoice.

Though we prefer EPS formatted art, we also accept JPG, BMP, PNG, TIF, GIF and AI ver 10, or CDR ver 6. When sending vector files (EPS, AI or CDR) please make sure your text is converted to curves or outlines.

Our site will allow files as large as 2 MB (2000 kb). However, we have an Online File Folder for our customers to upload large art files for free. To upload your art, follow these instructions: 1. Go to www.onlinefilefolder.com 2. Username: emb360 3. Password: emb360 4. Left click the ADD FILE button on the menu bar 5. A window will pop up and on the right side of that window, you will be able to BROWSE your computer for the art. You can also upload multiple files at the same time. Call us if you have any questions about this service.

Scan the napkin or take a digital picture and send it to us. We have a full art department that can create art for our digitizers as long as you provide clear instructions. Watch our Work Process slide show on the front page. It shows how we can turn a sketch into a beautiful embroidery on a finished hat.

Yes. Our art charge is $50/hour with a 1.5 hour minimum, or $75 minimum charge. We have a great art staff and usually all art is complete within 90 minutes.

Yes. For only $25, we will supply you with the DST file for you. There are fundamental differences between patch digitizing and garment digitizing; for example, on patches we use longer stitches and very little, if any, underlay. The $25 charge is mostly for the time needed to convert to a garment design.

Yes, but we prefer that the files to be exported as an EPS format. Make sure that you save your text as outlines or converted to curves, or we may not be able to view the lettering as you set it up. We have version 10 of Adobe Illustrator and version 6 of Corel Draw.

Yes. Our standard "advertised" delivery is 2 days, however, we get about 70% of our orders done for next day delivery. If the design is a "have-to-have" the next day, don't gamble, please select the RUSH service and pay the rush charge. We guarantee the delivery on-time.

We digitize the design FOR that fabric that you will be using it on; AND, we sample it on the same fabric so we know it works before it gets to you. Digitizing for hats is different than digitizing for knit shirts and both are different than digitizing for towels or fleece or nylon, etc.

Simply put, MOST of our designs that have been digitized for a knit shirt can be taken directly to a hat machine with little-to-no issues. It is a combination of our segmented digitizing process and the newer, better technology of the machine cap system on todays machines. HOWEVER, there are still designs that do not cross over due to various reasons such as detail, small lettering and registration issues. Try to run your shirt design on a hat, if it works, great!! If it doesn't work, we can digitize it for a hat where you will have no problems.

There is no charge for edits. We sample all the designs that leave here, but there are times when what we envision is not what the customer envisions. That is why we added the Special Instructions box at the bottom of the Digitizing Order Form.

The art that you sent in was 1.25" wide and 1" tall; since it was for a finished hat, we used your height specification and proportionately made the width to match the art. Finished caps usually have a maximum, comfortable embroidery height of 2.1 inches. This is what we pattern our hat digitizing after.

No. Currently, new customers are asked to fax their credit card account number, expiration date and the cards billing zip code to 407-574-6011. We bill at the end of the month and use the cards for billing then. In the near future, we will be processing payments online where we will store your company and billing information on file. We will use Secure Socket Layers (SSL) that encrypts your information into a indecipherable computer code. Also, we do not sell or distribute our customers information.

We primarily send DST files; they are an accurate depiction of what we have created and sampled in our office. We do have some customers that have Wilcom and Pulse software that request EMB files so they can edit the designs. The reason we look down on this is because when a customer "plays" with their design, or manipulates our work, that is when we see repeat edits occur. When we send a design to our customers, it has been sewn out here on the fabric they requested it to be digitized for; and, it leaves her perfect.

Yes. We offer a 7-10 days service for an added charge.

You can use a merrowed edge with heat seal backing, but the heat seal material does not reach the outermost edge of the patch due to the merrowed edge is a sewn edge that affects the top and the bottom of the patch. The Hot Cut Edge allows the heat seal material extend to the exact edge.

We recommend that you use a heat press set to 350 degrees for 15 seconds. You can also use a regular home iron set to the highest setting for 20 seconds. For added security, we suggest you stitch the patch on as well.

Simply left click the orange FREE DESIGNS button on our Home Page. You are directed to a page where you can download DST files, EMB files and PDF files. The files are self-extracting zip files, so we recommend that you create a folder in My Documents called EMB360 Designs and SAVE the file there. They will be automatically unzipped for you. The DST files are Tajima's stitch files, EMB files are Wilcom's EMB formatted files that can be edited with Wilcom and Pulse embroidery software and the PDF files are the color sequence sheets that can be opened with Adobe's Reader program.
