Most of our customers have the same software we do, but, we still attach a DST file to the order.
A DST file is an accurate depiction of what we have created and sampled in our office.

The reason we prefer NOT to send native files for Pulse, Wilcom or Ethos is because when the design leaves here, it has been perfected for production.  When customers start to play with the native files, they alter what we think works best.  Then, THAT file is taken to production instead of our work.

When we send a design to our customers, it has been sewn out here on similar fabric of what was requested it to be digitized for; and, it leaves here perfect.
